• Define and implement the strategy for the Biosecurity Solutions market segment within Business Line Consumer Solutions incl. implementation and optimization of new business model
• Take ownership and responsibility for achieving innovation and growth projects as well as revenue, and profitability targets
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and industry trends
• Lead cross-functional teams in product management, marketing communication & technical marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor network, key accounts and represent the company at industry events and trade shows
• Collaborate with global teams within BL Consumer Solutions & BU MPP to align strategies and leverage synergies
• Drive innovation, digitalization and competitive differentiation within the segment for sustainable value creation

Experience / Skills

• University Degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in business development, strategic marketing, or product management – ideally within the biosecurity industry
• Proven track record in market segmentation, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong commercial knowledge, customer orientation, and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Team leadership & project management experience combined with strong entrepreneurial spirit
• International (work) experience / intercultural know-how
• Fluent in English & German
