Was Sie erwartet

Betreuung unserer Vertriebspartner, der Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken im LuxCredit Geschäft in der Region Bayern/Baden-Württemberg
Führen von Akquisitions-, Strategie- und Planungsgesprächen sowie Durchführung von Präsentationen und Schulungen vor unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen
Konzeption und Durchführung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen in Präsenz und digital
Als LuxCredit Spezialist sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte der Genossenschaftsbanken zu allen Fachthemen rund um das Kreditgeschäft

Was Sie mitbringen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und einschlägige Weiterbildungen rund um das Kreditgeschäft; gerne Erfahrung bei einer Genossenschaftsbank in der qualifizierten Kreditberatung
Idealerweise mehrjährige B2B-Erfahrung bzw. Erfahrungen im Vertrieb Banken; gerne erste Führungserfahrung
Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Akquise stärke und die Fähigkeit, Produkte und Dienstleistungen auf allen Ebenen einer Genossenschaftsbank - vom Vorstand bis zu einzelnen Beratern - überzeugend, kompetent und zielgerichtet zu präsentieren
Praktische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen strategische Planung, Gesamtbanksteuerung und Vertriebsplanung
Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft für mehrtägige Dienstreisen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten
Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte, Erfahrungen im Banking Workspace und Agree21
