What will your day look like?

• Develop new products and manage their transition into industrial production;
• Conceptualize, legally review, and prepare product specifications for GymBeam and Private Label brands;
• Formulate and adjust recipes in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Source and evaluate samples and specifications of new raw materials and innovative ingredients;
• Verify technical feasibility through machine testing in cooperation with the technical management team;
• Develop prototypes and provide samples to customers for final approval;
• Conduct shelf-life and stability testing prior to initial production;
• Continuously optimize existing recipes, technologies, and manufacturing processes;
• Create and maintain finished product specifications, manage internal system data, and support initial production runs to ensure quality;
• Monitor market and technology trends and collaborate with QA, B2B, and Purchasing to align R&D with company KPIs and strategic goals.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Fluency in spoken and written German and English;
• Successfully completed degree in food chemistry or a comparable field;
• Experience in product development and legal assessment is required;
• Experience in the food industry and dietary supplements is an advantage;
• High sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently;
• Strong attention to detail, care, and precision in work;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
